At My Finch, we are committed to delivering our products to cities across India. We want to ensure that you receive your order smoothly. Please read our shipping policy carefully for a seamless shopping experience.

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and Indian holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone number provided by you.

Shipment Rates and Delivery Timeframes

  • Shipment charges all over India are free of cost. 
  • The expected delivery time is 5-7 business days under ideal conditions. All orders are dispatched through a trusted courier agency and are delivered to your doorstep.
  • To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete shipping address, including the pin code or zip code.
  • My Finch shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information. If we need to reship an order due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping charges and any related fines or penalties.
  • My Finch does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Delay Notification

If your order is delayed due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues, My Finch will inform you via email or call.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges In Case Of Exchange

If a size issue arises and the customer wants to exchange the product, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping charges.

Our Preferred Courier Partner

  • My Finch uses the services of esteemed courier agency ‘Delhivery’ and it covers 95% of the serviceable pin codes in India. 
  • But in case, there is an issue in shipping through Delhivery to a specific pin code, then My Finch can ship through a professional courier only in case of a prepaid order. 

Split Shipments

In case of multiple orders, you may receive them separately based on product availability and shipping locations.

Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays

My Finch will not be liable for any refund and return of the product due to the shipping delays caused by the carrier agency. 

Damages Caused by Shipping Companies

  • My Finch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product or a torn packaged product, please contact the shipment carrier to file for a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing for a claim.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped with the carrier agency containing your tracking number.
  • Please note that tracking numbers for shipped orders may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the carrier agency's website.

Request for Address Change

If you need to change your postal address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to
