Return and Exchanges

At My Finch, our aim is to provide top-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we are here to assist you. Please follow our return and exchange guidelines given below:

Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you have received a damaged or an incorrect product, the return request should be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery through our website portal only.
  • After acknowledgement from our team, you will need to send the product back to us yourself. We do not offer reverse pick up services. You will have to courier the product(s) to the following address: Uniform Factory, No.7, Ground Floor, 6th Cross, H Siddaiah Road, Sudhamanagar, Bengaluru - 560027.
    • Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
    • Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and mobile number. My Finch will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
    • Only in case of damaged or an incorrect product received by the customer, he or she is eligible for refund of courier charges upto Rs 100. 
    • The courier charges will be refunded to the customer only if a copy of acknowledgement receipt of the courier is provided to us. 
    • Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will promptly send you a credit note which you can use within 30 days from the day of issuance of the credit note.

    Exchange Policy

    As part of our company policy, we do not offer refunds or returns for products once they have been sold. However, we do provide the option to exchange the product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

    • The request for an exchange/ return must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery through our website portal only.
    • We do not entertain any exchange/ return requests via social media platforms, emails or calls. 
    • After acknowledgement from our team, you will need to send the product back to us yourself. We do not offer a reverse pickup service. Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and mobile number. My Finch will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
    • The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility in case of exchange and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in its original packaging.
    • Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel, along with the size you require.
    • Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.
    • Size exchanges are available, and you can choose a bigger or smaller size equal to the value of the exchanged product, minus the shipping/COD costs to and from.

    Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

    • If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.
    • The credit note will be emailed to you and can be used for your next purchase on My Finch website. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days of issuance.

    Fitting Issues

    • If a product does not fit, and you would like a different size, please request a size exchange through our website portal within 48 hours of receiving the product. 
    • We will do our best to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option of a credit note for future purchases.

    Non-Acceptance of Exchanges/ Returns

    • Exchanges/ Returns are not accepted for reasons such as not liking the material or color of the product. We recommend the customer to do a thorough reading of the product description and view all product images before placing an order. You can also contact us for additional details about the product through our official email or phone number mentioned on our website portal.
    • Please be aware that our products are crafted by skilled artisans and may have variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. Variations may occur due to the accuracy of your monitor's display, and we ask for your understanding in this regard.
    • Please note that there may be a 10-12% color difference depending on your device's screen resolution and camera lighting. We do not accept exchanges or returns for color variations in these cases.
    • Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for washed or worn products.
    • Purchases made from the SALE section, Buy 1 Get 1 offers and Bundle Deal offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
